A north St. Louis man has been charged with murder in the slaying of a taxi driver in the Central West End.Shakur Ellis is accused of being an accomplice in the September 14 attack, according to court documents. The eighteen-year-old was riding along with another person early that morning when they spotted Timothy Grice, 38, alone in his cab on Laclede Avenue, police say.
