
A 24-year-old St. Louis woman has been charged with two felonies after breaking into a home and holding her victim's dog hostage, authorities say.
On November 9, Kiauna Proudie allegedly forced her way inside through a back window of a home in the 10400 block of Castle Drive in north county, intending to rob her female victim, St. Louis County police say. Proudie pulled out a pistol once she was inside and threatened to shoot the woman's dog, authorities say.
The victim fought back, and Proudie eventually fled, authorities say.…
