The rent may be too damn high on the coasts, but in St. Louis, prices are cheap and getting cheaper.
That's the conclusion of a new study by apartment listing site Zumper, which compiles apartment listings in 100 cities nationwide — and boasts more than 1,500 listings in the city of St. Louis.
A median one-bedroom in St. Louis in 2016, the study found, leases for $650. That's an 11 percent drop from the prior year.
