Washington University's former dean of students has been sentenced to four years and six months in federal prison on a child porn charge.
Justin X. Carroll — known online as "MOperv"— viewed more than 600 pictures and fifteen videos of children engaged in illicit sex acts. The victims included boys as young as three years old, according to court documents.
