Broadway Oyster Bar, the restaurant/bar/live music venue at 736 S. Broadway, has added a fast-casual counter to its offerings — with an expanded list of sandwiches and other lunch basics ready in ten minutes or less. It's called B.O.B. on the Fly, and owner John Johnson promises "B.O.B. quality at on-the-fly speed."
The genesis for the new service is a new space the Oyster Bar added about three months ago. The idea was to have room for special events, as well as to create an area for those waiting for their table to open up.…
