St. Louis County police are searching for a creep who spent about an hour slinking around a Wildwood woman's home, eventually raising a ladder below her bathroom window while she was inside.
The man was caught on surveillance video about between 9:20 and 10:20 p.m. on Monday as he prowled around the woman's home in the 200 block of Timber Tree Court. He goes back and forth in the video.…
