But then a chance meeting with Lucy Hannegan at her Dutchtown shop, Twice Blessed Resale, led to a GoFundMe campaign, and that led to media coverage — first on the RFT's website, then on KSDK (Channel 5).
And now not only have friends and strangers alike fulfilled Swain's funding goals (the GoFundMe tipped over its $3,500 goal last week).…
