The owner of Maggie O'Brien's Restaurant & Irish Pub was shot dead in his car on Wednesday afternoon.Pat McVey, who ran the popular downtown establishment with his younger brother, was found in the vehicle in the southbound lane of Interstate 55 near Loughborough Avenue, authorities say.
